Golden Globe Awards

Nomeações 2014

A 71.ª Edição dos Globos de Ouro será apresentada por Tina Fey e Amy Poehler (outra vez? Será que não arranjavam alguém mais controverso?) e terá lugar a 12 de Janeiro de 2014. 

Entre os filmes com mais nomeações estão 12 Years a Slave e American Hustle. Algumas nomeações, em termos de actores e actrizes, são mais óbvias, como é o caso de Sandra Bullock e Chiwetel Ejiofor, e outras que já são habitué ou estão a tornar-se, como acontece com Meryl Streep (não tenho nada contra a senhora, mas por favor, todos os anos?) e Jennifer Lawrence, que pelo andar da carruagem seguirá as pegadas da anterior. Os filmes estrangeiros este ano contam com um que vi (espero que Blue is the Warmest Color ganhe!). Em relação aos filmes de animação, mais uma vez com apenas três nomeados (não é que tenho sido um ano extraordinário, mas podiam nomear cinco).

Várias surpresas também nas séries como é o caso de Masters of Sex ou Tatiana Maslany por Orphan Black, e algumas séries habituais a desaparecerem. Mas creio que a vencedora de este ano já está decidida e será Breaking Bad. Resta saber se The Modern Family continua a vencer na categoria de comédia. Destaque ainda para American Horror Story: Coven na categoria de melhor filme televisivo ou mini-série (será que é este ano que ganha?).

Entre a ausências mais notadas, nenhuma nomeação para Game of Thrones nas categorias principais, nada para Bates Motel, e, como já é normal, as séries de fantasia e ficção científica ficam de fora das nomeações. Mas no dia 12 espero ver a cerimória e descobrir quem são os vencedores e os derrotados.
